CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Our warehouse often processes orders within a couple of hours. If we have already processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.
WHY IS MY CARD DECLINING?
If your card is declining you will want to check that your billing address matches the address attached to your account, you may also have insufficient funds. Sometimes when your card declines, pending charge will show on your account, but will be dropped when your account goes to settle in 2-4 business days.
I'M IN LOVE WITH SOMETHING, BUT I DON'T SEE IT! WILL IT COME IN STOCK?
Unfortunately, we don't know ahead of time if/when items will be in stock online, but we do add new items almost every week!
WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
We do our best to make sure that every order is perfect for you, however, sometimes errors do occur. If you have any issues regarding your order, please do let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently.
I'VE LOST THE RETURN INVOICE THAT WAS INCLUDED IN MY ORDER!
If you've misplaced the invoice that was inside your order, you can either print out your order confirmation and highlight the item/s that you are returning back to us, or simply write down your order number, full name and the name of the products you are returning back to us.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I DO NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE WHEN THE TRACKING APPEAR AS DELIVERED?
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Platform. All purchases from this Platform are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Platform pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. File a claim with carrier.
WHY DID I GET BANNED AND OR MY ORDER GET CANCELED?
Market place runs neutral for sellers and for buyers. Fraudulence becoming an issue for us, once our system triggers a suspicious transaction, the order maybe canceled and or the buyer will be banned from us. We analyses from all different resources include credit report, address, phone number, email and or your IP address etc.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then we stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
