RETURN POLICY

To return eligible items, you must request a return within 14 days of receiving date.
All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
Sale & Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date you receive the package to get a refund through your original payment. Purchases over 14 days are no longer qualify for return, package will be returned back to you, or will be discarded under certain circumstances. 
Notify us within 5 days if you have received a defective product, we will ship you a replacement or you will get a refund if the products is out of stock. After 5 days merchandise are considered in good condition.  
All returned items must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, gently place items in the box or package that we originally provided. 
INTERNATIONAL RETURN:
Unfortunately our system is unable to generate international return labels at this time, if you want to return something, you will have to pay for shipping in advance. International shipping can be expensive, you're welcome to choose a slow method such as by ocean for your return. 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN ONLINE

1. Go to your my purchase page or start a return and click the order number that contains the item(s) you would like to return.

2. In your selected Order Summary, click Return next to all items you would like to return. 

3. Fill out and submit the requested return information, and a confirmation screen with your RMA number will appear.

4. You will also receive a confirmation email with a summary of your return request, shipping instructions and a shipping label you may print and $4.95 will be deducted when your item is processed. Once you receive your confirmation email, please follow the instructions provided in the email to complete your return.

 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Sale & Final sale items are not eligible for return.

RETURN SHIPPING

$4.95 will be deducted when your item is processed. 
Securely package all returning merchandise. We are not able to process refund if the items back to us are damaged.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping.

If you do not wish to use the online service, you can purchase a label from local currier. Use a tracked service and keep a hold of your receipt, just in case there are any issues.

RETURNS PROCESS TIMING

Once your return has been received, a confirmation email will be sent. You can track the status of your return by referring to My Purchases in My Account. After your return is accepted by LLBazar please allow up to Ten (10) business days to complete the authorization process. Once your return is processed, refer to the chart below for refund timing.

FAQ & Help 

Q: IS THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE INCLUDED WHEN I PURCHASE AN ITEM?

No, the original package does not come with the jewelry piece, but they are available to purchase from our online store.   

 

Q: THE PAKAGR APPEAR DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT GET IT 

Every package is insured. Email us: LLBazar.info@gmail.com include your name & Order number, describe the issues you may have during the delivery, we will walk you through the reimburse program if qualification applies. 

 

Q: WHY MY ORDER IS CANCELED I AM BANNED?

Our system filters fraudulent or potential chargebacks observed from the past. Once the system triggers a suspicious transaction, the order maybe canceled. User ID/ Address/ IP address/ Email/ Credit info that used to place the order is banned from system. You may not able to use the same address, phone number, email or your IP address etc. to placed new orders unless you email us to get manually unlocked from system. 

 

Q: CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Our warehouse often processes orders almost immediately. If we have already processed your order, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. 

 

Q: WHY IS MY CARD DECLINING?

If your card is declining you will want to check that your billing address matches the address attached to your account, you may also have insufficient funds. Sometimes when your card declines, pending charge will show on your account, but will be dropped when your account goes to settle in 2-4 business days.   

 

Q: I'M IN LOVE WITH SOMETHING, BUT I DON'T SEE IT! WILL IT COME IN STOCK?

Unfortunately, we don't know ahead of time if/when items will be in stock, but we always have new items come in store.  

 

Q: WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

We do our best to make sure that every order is perfect for you, however, sometimes errors do occur. If you have any issues regarding your order, please do let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently.  

 

Q: I'VE LOST THE RETURN INVOICE THAT WAS INCLUDED IN MY ORDER!

If you've misplaced the invoice that was inside your order, you can either print out your order confirmation and highlight the item/s that you are returning back to us, or simply write down your order number, full name and the name of the products you are returning back to us.
