Jewelry gift packages/boxes are not included when you purchase a jewelry piece. They are available to purchase by searching”package” or “ box” in the search bar top left corner of the website.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
Please allow 1- 2 days for us to process your order and 1-7 business days for transit Mon.- Sat. Office is closed during national holidays. Orders are placed after 12pm will be processed on the following business day.
If you have registered with an email account, you can log in and check the status of your orders anytime. Once your order has shipped, you'll get an email with your tracking number.
USPS/UPS package says "delivered" but you didn't receive it
We are not responsible for mis-delivered/stolen packages. It can be frustrating there is no way to file a claim with the Postal Service because the insurance that comes with the mail does not apply to accepting claims for any package that the USPS/UPS marks as "delivered". First, look around the house, ask your family members & neighbors, if still no news, then contact the local Post Office/UPS to allow them further investigate, packages are able to trace with GPS builds in the carrier's scanners, they are able to locate where the package was last scanned. If a package is stolen, please file a police report with the local police, they will direct and assist you from there with the case.
Make sure your address is Secure & Correct, and there is someone to receive the package. We are not responsible if your package is delivered to an incorrect address or cannot get in touch with the recipient. If your package is returned back to us, we will email & invoice you for redelivery. The package will be considered as returned products if the payment is failed within 10 business days. International: We currently offer Express shipping only. Delivery takes between 2-7 business days to arrive. We strongly suggest you to add your email address and phone number. UPS/USPS will contact you if these is an issues with your shipment. You maybe charged for custom clearance if fees are involved. Once the package is with the shipping service, we cannot change the shipping priority or the destination address until delivered.
- Labor cost - A 20 % restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date to get a refund through your original payment. Purchases over 14 days will no longer be eligible for returns.
- Notify us within 5 days if you have received a defective product, we will ship you a replacement. After 5 days merchandise will be considered in good condition.
- You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned items must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
- Securely package all returning merchandise. We are not able to process refund if the items back to us are damaged.

You do not need to email us prior your return, just mail the well packed package back to the above address. Once we receive the returned package we will process the return within 10 business days, we will email you when we process your refund. Your refund will be credit back to the original payment method. Refund may take additional 2-10 business days depending on your financial institutions.
