SHIPPING POLICY

Read this policy carefully. When you place an order, you have agreed on to the shipping policy.

Original gift packing/package not included when you purchase a jewelry piece, they are available to purchase by searching ”packing”or " package".

 

DOMESTIC US. SHIPPING & TRACKING

Please allow 1 business day for us to process your order, your order will be packed and will be dropped off to courier within 1 business day( 24 hours). Cut off time 12:00pm. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be dropped off on the next business day.

Office remains closed on Sundays & National Holidays.

Shipping policy applies to all shipping services, including express shipping. Shipping time calculated from the package dropped off point. 
If you have registered with an email account, you can log in and check the status of your orders & historys at any time. Once an order is placed, you'll get an email confirmation. Once the order is shipped, you'll get another email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order with the tracking number we provided through email. 

Make sure the shipping address is valid with UPS/USPS/Google, no mistakes. Make sure there is someone to receive the package. We do not want the packages to be delivered to an incorrect address. In any case, if the package is returned back to us, we will email you an invoice, and you'll be charged $4.95 for redelivery. A package is considered a returned package if we do not receive correct redelivery information or a redeliver payment is failed within 14 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only offer UPS/USPS Express shipping. Your package will be packed and dropped off within one business day (24 hours) to shipping company. Allow 2-5 business days in transit ( including custom clearance) until the package is delivered. It is very important for you to fill your address 100% accurate, and a valid email address and a valid phone number both are required by customs. Be prepared from local shipping service to contact you if they need to confirm with your shipment. Import law varies from country to country, some custom borders will ask you to pay a small fee for clearance. Please be noted: Once the package is with the shipping service, we cannot change the shipping priority or the destination address until delivered.  

Notify us within 7 days if you have received a defective product, after 7 days merchandise are considered in good condition. We will ship you a replacement or a missing part, or you will be fully refunded if the item is out of stock. Clear photos of the product & outside of the package are requested when you start your claim.
