Shipping Return & Refund


Please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order and 2-7 business days for transit Mon.- Fri. Office is closed during national holidays. 

If you have an account, you can log in and check the status of your order anytime. Once your order has shipped, you'll get an email with your tracking number. 

International: We currently offer Express shipping ONLY. We suggest you to add your email address and phone number. UPS will contact you if these is any issues with your package. Deliveries generally take between 3-10 business days to arrive. You maybe charged for custom clearance if any fees are involved. Once the package is with the shipping service, we cannot change the shipping priority or the destination address until delivered. 

Make sure your address is correct, and there is someone to receive the package. We are not responsible if your package is delivered to an incorrect address or cannot get in touch with the recipient. If your package is returned back to us, we will contact you if you are willing to pay for a second delivery or consider it as returned merchandise.


Original jewelry boxes are not included when you purchase an item. They are available to purchase. 

If a package appears as "Delivered" but you did not receive your package, please directly file a claim with the carrier.  We are not responsible for lost/broken packages. 




  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your package to get a refund through your original payment.  
  • Purchases over 14 days will no longer be eligible for returns. 
  • 20 % restocking fee will apply to all returned items. 
  • You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • All returned items must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Securely package all returning merchandise. We are not able to process refund if the items back to us are damaged. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping. Use a tracked service and keep a hold of your receipt, just in case there are any issues.

Once we have received the return, we will process it within 10 business days. Your refund will be credit back to the original method of payment used to place the order. Refunds may take an additional 3-7 budays depending on your bank. We will email you at the email your order was placed with notifying you when we process your refund.
