SHIPPING & TRACKING
Please allow 1 days for us to process your order. Office is closed during weekends & national holidays. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the following business day.
If you have registered with an email account, you can log in and check the status of your orders & historys at anytime. Once an order is placed, you'll get an email conformation. Once the order is shipped, you'll get another email notification with tracking number. You can track your order with the tracking number we provided through email.
Make sure the address is valid with UPS/USPS/Google system, make sure there is no error when you fill out these important information, make sure there is someone to receive the package. We do not want the packages is delivered to an incorrect address. In any case, if the package is returned back to us, we will email you an invoice, you'll be charged $4.95 for redelivery. INTERNATIONAL
We currently offer Express shipping only. Delivery usually takes about 2-7 business days. It is very important for you to fill out your address 100% correct, add a valid email address and phone number. Be ready for local shipping company UPS/USPS to contact you if extra information is needed, custom usually need to contact you and ask your confirmation for clearance. Import law is vary from country to country, some custom borders will ask you to pay a small fee for clearance. Please be noted: Once the package is with the shipping service, we cannot change the shipping priority or the destination address until delivered.
